James MealsJames has been training in Muay Thai for many years and has had the opportunity to train with some of the best Muay Thai instructors and fighters that the US has to offer. More recently James trained with Coban while Coban was living in Dutchess County NY. James traveled up to Coban's house to train privately with him. This lasted for nearly a year until Coban moved to Illinois.
James has also trained with Kru Rigel Balsamico of Philly MMA/ Cool hearts Muay Thai for about 2 years and through him grew his Muay Thai knowlege immensely. Growing up on the West Coast and in Arizona James had the chance to train at places such as Fairtex, Arizona Combat Sports and just about every other gym in Arizona.

Andrew MontanezAndrew "Strong Island" Montanez lives in Mineola, New York on Long Island. He is a personal trainer and manager a gym(Fitness Alternatives)in Port Washington, NY. Wrestled at Mineola High School and was 2x Nassau County All-Star and 4x Empire State Game Qualifier in Freestyle.Wrestled under Paul Schmidt for the Nassau Community College Lions where they won a NJCAA National Championship. Currently training with 4x BJJ World Champion Emerson Souza and his manager Steve Katz of Team Rhino in Long Island City, New YorK. |

Fabricio Medici
Black Belt Professor, Fabricio Medici was born in São Paulo, Brazil on August 13th 1982. He began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with team Lotus Club (CETEPE) at sixteen years of age on March 10th 1999.
In 2002, as a blue belt, he started teaching classes at the Lotus club academy in Brazil and since then has acquired over seven years of teaching experience.
Professor Fabricio graduated to a black belt on April 1st 2008.
Along with being an Instructor he also works on National and International events as a referee of the Federation of the State of São Paulo (FESP), Confederation of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (CBJJE) and the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu International Federation (IBJJF).
Some of these being: - PAN AMERICAN 2008 (IBJJF) - WORLD 2007 (CBJJE) - SOUTH AMERICAN 2006/2007 (CBJJE) - BRAZILIAN 2006/2007 (CBJJE) - STATE 04/05/06/07/08 (FESP)
As an athlete, Professor Fabricio Medici has experience in several National events all over Brazil and International events as well.
Fabricio Medici – a Black Belt from Brazil- along with his assistant Fabio Costa, a purple belt, is in charge of Camp Undefeated BJJ program. They are based at Lotus Club New York. Together they have over 35 years experience in teaching and competing in BJJ. They provide a comprehensive program for the Camp, where people can learn no gi grappling, or they can pursue a traditional authentic gi BJJ training with a belt system.

Jon "The Fighting Marine" Schneideris Camp Undefeated’s wrestling and boxing coach. Jon was a member of the U.S. Marine Wrestling Team (Greco-Roman), an All-American Greco-Roman Wrestler. Jon now competes as a Pro Boxer in the cruiser weight division. He was New York State’s 1997 Greco-Roman Wrestling Champion and also appeared as a boxer on season 4 of “The Contender”.
Jon’s philosophy on fighting / competing is “Fatigue makes cowards out of all of us”
Jon believes in hard work and conditioning.
